The jacket uses Mimic GOLD blown-in insulation for excellent warmth with minimal moisture uptake, combined with a durable, fluorocarbon-free DWR-treated Pertex Quantum shell for wind and tear resistance.

  • Insulation: Mimic GOLD — blown-in clusters of 100% recycled polyester that are light, lofty and designed to retain warmth even when damp.
  • Shell & finish: Pertex Quantum fabrics made from 100% recycled polyamide, treated with a fluorocarbon-free DWR for reliable weather resistance and reduced environmental impact.
  • Construction: Non-quilted areas are filled with a QuadFusion sheet to reduce cold spots and improve ease of movement.
  • Comfort & fit: Articulated sleeves plus stretch fleece inserts under the arms and at the wrists for better mobility and a comfortable next-to-skin feel.
  • Adjustability & retention: Adjustable hood with reinforced peak, elastic piping at cuffs and hem to help trap heat and keep the fit secure.
  • Storage & closures: Two zippered hand-warming pockets and a robust Vislon front zip for reliable performance.
